Project Management

Our method will not only ensure that you get what you want, it will also allow us to project manage the design.  Each site will have five distinct phases:

Definition or Discovery Phase

In this phase we look at who the end user really is and get to understand what the website goals are.  The site marketing is also discussed in this phase.

Design Phase

In this phase, we create a blue print of the site also known as the prototype site.  We make this prototype available for you online to see what it will look like to your users.

 Development Phase

Once you are happy with the look and feel of the site, we develop all the pages of the site to include all your graphics and content.  In this phase, you will still have access to the prototype site and, you can watch it develop and provide us with feedback.

Testing & Launching Phase

Once the prototype site has been fully tested on all the popular web browsers, we launch the site.  This is when we link your chosen domain name with the now completed prototype site.

Maintenance Phase

In this phase, we will train you on how to manage the content of your site and provide you with all the know-how to keep your site up-to-date.
